• Returns: Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt, unopened and in original packaging.

• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo evidence for a full replacement.

• Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
